we breed the full range of
domestic Norman animals which
are currently low in numbers
and are protected by the
conservation movement for
animal and plant biodiversity.
Over 500 metres of pathways
will lead you past some twenty
different breeds in enclosed
fields and traditional buildings:
|Des Fossés goats|
|Percheron||for our Percheron horses, Norman cobs and saddle horses.|
|for our Cotentin and Norman donkeys.|
|for Norman and Jersey cows|
|for the three local breeds of sheep – Cotentin, Avranchin and Roussin de la Hague.|
We also have Ouessant sheep which, although Breton, are here because they are threatened.
|for our Des Fossés and Poitevin goats.|
